{"id":11120,"date":"2025-10-08T19:58:01","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T17:58:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rescop.freepresshost.cloud\/?p=11120"},"modified":"2025-10-08T20:03:08","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T18:03:08","slug":"victoria_popular_frenar_rearme_israel_es_ley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rescop.freepresshost.cloud\/ca\/bds\/victoria_popular_frenar_rearme_israel_es_ley\/","title":{"rendered":"Por primera vez, frenar el rearme de Israel es ley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-ca\">Ho sentim, aquesta entrada est\u00e0 disponible nom\u00e9s en <a href=\"https:\/\/rescop.freepresshost.cloud\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/11120\" class=\"qtranxs-available-language-link qtranxs-available-language-link-es\" title=\"Castellano\">Castellano<\/a>.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<p id=\"v1m_3359444285369507056m_8487349481272489379gmail-docs-internal-guid-0c2aa460-7fff-898c-394c-7c0ef33715ed\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nota de prensa RESCOP<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">8 de octubre de 2025<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Victoria popular: el Congreso convalida y tramita como Proyecto de Ley el Real Decreto-ley que limita el comercio militar con Israel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>La decisi\u00f3n abre la puerta a reforzar el Real Decreto-ley 10\/2025 y avanzar hacia un embargo integral, sin excepciones ni vac\u00edos legales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Desde la Campa\u00f1a Fin al Comercio de Armas con Israel celebramos la decisi\u00f3n del Congreso de los Diputados de convalidar el Real Decreto-ley 10\/2025, por el que se adoptan medidas urgentes contra el genocidio en Gaza y de apoyo a la poblaci\u00f3n palestina, y tramitarlo como Proyecto de Ley, una demanda que la sociedad civil lleva meses impulsando.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Esta decisi\u00f3n consolida los avances conseguidos para poner fin al comercio de armas con Israel \u2014la revocaci\u00f3n de autorizaciones de comercio de armas, las primeras restricciones a las importaciones y un freno al comercio de combustibles militares con Israel\u2014 y, al mismo tiempo, abre un proceso para mejorarlo mediante enmiendas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Desde la campa\u00f1a exigimos que este proceso legislativo incluya las enmiendas propuesta como mejoras concretas, entre ellas: eliminar todas las cl\u00e1usulas de excepci\u00f3n; establecer mecanismos de control y transparencia efectivos en nuestros puertos y aeropuertos; prohibir toda colaboraci\u00f3n con la industria militar israel\u00ed y garantizar que el embargo se mantenga m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los intereses del Gobierno de turno.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As\u00ed mismo, pedimos que el tr\u00e1mite de enmiendas se lleve a cabo con la mayor rapidez posible, habida cuenta la urgencia de la situaci\u00f3n en Palestina.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado de hoy es una victoria de la presi\u00f3n popular. Pero el trabajo contin\u00faa: seguiremos presionando y luchando hasta lograr un embargo total y efectivo de armas, sin contribuci\u00f3n alguna a la industria militar israel\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Palestina no puede esperar m\u00e1s. Spanish Parliament has passed a law that limits the arms trade with Israel.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>But the Royal Decree that was approved is not yet a full arms embargo.<\/strong><br \/>\nWe will keep fighting until we achieve it.<\/p>\n<p>We know there is still a long road ahead to reach a complete arms embargo on Israel, but we must consolidate every step forward.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to this law, from now on it will be harder for the Spanish state to engage in military trade with Israel \u2014 and that is a victory.<\/p>\n<p>We will fight every amendment and will not stop until we put an
